A 9.5 mile secluded, picturesque mountain community nestled in the Foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We're near the scenic Chattahoochee National Forest with incredible mountain vistas of clean-clear air and water.
Bird watchers and animal lovers will find large tracts of wilderness in close proximity to their homes. Turkey, deer, squirrels, racoons, rabbits, foxes, coyote, even a family of black bear (mom & 2 cubs) all frequent our Rodgers Creek. Hawks, owls, doves, crows and many beautiful songbirds are all seen often.
Imagine your very own pristeen acreage filled with a plethora of beautiful plants and wildlife rich woodlands.

Bucky Dent - January 24 at 11:36 AM · "The land is beautiful there. The rural roads are all gravel and many of the properties are well maintained. As usual in mountainous areas, some people do not do any upkeep, but I did notice a lot of nice property. The Realtor was quite pleasant and helpful. It is a POA and does require small annual dues, much more reasonable than the last 2 HOA's I lived in. Did note that there are no amenities, but I wouldn't expect it for $120 in dues."

October 18, 2018 Our land in Rodgers Creek is undoubtedly the most beautiful place I've ever lived. I'm 65 and have traveled all over the USA. I've lived in many states and visited 45 states. I am grateful everyday to have found this Piece of Paradise. What a blessing to call Rodgers Creek my home community. Mother nature shows her beautiful, constantly changing diversity here. It's amazing to open the front door and step into the wooded mountain wonderland. We are also blessed to have good neighbors who care about each other and our community. Grateful and blessed everyday!
Theresa Tidwell Sept 2018 In light of all the negativity circulating in our neighborhood it is great to see a positive comment. We have seen some really POSITIVE changes in this community over the last seven years.
In time, with consistent effort by our Board and members, our community will reach its full potential to be a safe and beautiful place to live. Isn't that really what we all want!
Thanks to all for helping keep our community clean. We apprecate you members who help to remove garbage and litter from our roads, personal properties and community public spaces. Keep Gilmer beautiful!
