What are the annual dues for the association?
Currently the annual dues are $120.00 per lot. The invoices are generally sent out by July 31st of each year. They are due on September 1st of that year.
Payments are mailed to the POA. For any question regarding past dues owed, please email us at rodgerscreekpoa@gmail.com or call 770-744-3381.
If you provide the POA with your email address, an email can be sent with a link to pay your dues online.

What is the requirements for home sizes in Rodgers Creek?
"RCPOA has rescinded all restrictions on homes with the exception that the home must comply with and pass the inspection of Gilmer County Building codes. Please check with Gilmer County on sizing restrictions for homes. A copy of building permit will need to be supplied to the RCPOA and posted on building site.
